What we collect
- Form submissions. What you type into our forms (name, email, phone if provided, and your request) is sent to us by email so a person can respond. It is not stored in a website database.
- Analytics. Google Analytics in aggregate; not used to identify individuals.
- Server logs. Standard access logs for security, rotated automatically.
Who sees your information
Matching requests are shared with the single agent we match you with (and their brokerage) so they can serve you — that’s the entire purpose of the form, and it’s the only sharing we do. We never sell, rent, or auction your information, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Because submissions live only in email, deletion is simple and honored on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
