What does matching cost?
Nothing, ever. When we introduce you to an agent outside our own directory, that agent pays a standard licensed agent-to-agent referral fee out of their commission. Your price doesn’t change — the difference is that a person who knows agents picks yours.
Will my phone number be sold to five agents?
No. That’s the big-portal model we exist to avoid. Your request goes to one reviewer, who makes one introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll try again.
What areas do you cover?
Our listed agents cover the Charlotte metro and other Carolinas markets. Beyond that, we make introductions anywhere in the United States through licensed agent-to-agent referral — the same mechanism brokerages use with each other every day.
How are directory agents vetted?
Every listed agent is a licensed, producing agent whose brokerage, coverage area, and background we’ve reviewed personally. We list agents we’d refer our own family to — the directory stays small on purpose.
