Type your number into a big portal and it’s sold to several agents at once — whoever pays for the zip code, not whoever’s right for you. The calls start in minutes and don’t stop. Rankings on those sites reflect ad budgets, not skill.
What we do instead
- A small, vetted directory. Every listed agent is licensed, producing, and personally reviewed — real bios, brokerages, coverage areas, and a direct line. We list agents we’d refer our own family to.
- Human matching, free. Tell us your situation and one person reviews it and makes one introduction. Outside our listed markets, we use licensed agent-to-agent referral — the same mechanism brokerages use with each other — anywhere in the country.
- Verify everything. Every agent profile links to their brokerage and license details; NC licenses can be checked at the NC Real Estate Commission and SC at SC LLR. Never take a website’s word for a license — including ours.
